The only good thing about that 8-2 loss on Saturday is that the Pens can erase it from everyone's memories by winning tonight. Disaster struck on Saturday, we can't deny that, but at the end of the day a loss is a loss. The game could have gone to 3 OT's and if the Pens lost they would be in the same position as they are now.

The defense must step it up after their poor play in Game 5. Too often they let the Lightning dictate play in the Pens zone, and cause too much traffic in front of Fleury. Speaking of Fleury he also must return to better form if the Pens want to close it out tonight. The good thing about Fleury he has some crazy stats in games after he has been pulled. Hopefully he can continue this trend and shut the door.

I would go into special teams play but that would just be regurgitating a key matchup from every game this series. The Pens just need to step it up and can't afford to lose the special teams battle. If they can tie or come out ahead on special teams you gotta like our chances.

It seems Bylsma may keep his lineup the same, but I hope Tangradi gets inserted in the lineup tonight over Connor. Connor has played admirably so far, but Tangradi brings a physical net presence which Tampa struggled with in Game 4. Tangradi if suited up would be a fixture on the PP.

Many were left distraught after the 8-2 shellacking on Saturday. The Pens need to put that game behind them and concentrate on ending this thing tonight. Nobody wants a Game 7, especially in Pittsburgh.
