For the second time in less than a week the Flyers (45-20-10) (100 pts) and the Pens (45-23-8) (98 pts) will meet to go head to head. This time being the last matchup between the two on the season with huge Atlantic Division crown and #1 seed in the East implications at hand. A win for the Flyers tonight and you can pretty much assume the Pens will be settling for 4th in the East. A win for the Pens and we have a photo finish coming at us for the next week and a half.

The Pens come into the game off four consecutive shootout wins and 7-2-1 in their last 10. The Flyers are clipping at 5-1-4 in their past 10. Both teams have played a lot of overtime games recently and you gotta think its a good possibility tonight, even though both teams are eyeing up to take two points outright tonight.

Consol should have a good atmosphere tonight, expect to hear a lot of Richards Sucks Lets Go Pens chants from the outset.

Nothing would infuriate Flyers fans more than a depleted Pittsburgh roster, who has trailed Philly all season in the standings, somehow come back and overtake the Atlantic the the last week and a half of the season.
